At Neutral Ground Resolution Partners, we originated as a dispute resolution services for both businesses and individuals using a modern, alternative, and more affordable approach to traditional mediation/litigation services. Our goal was to help our clients reach a resolution—without the stress, time, or cost of a lengthy court battle, or expensive mediation.

While we’ve seen great success with this model, we also noticed a common theme: many of our clients could have avoided conflict altogether if they had access to HR strategic support earlier. We discovered that affordable HR support was not an option for smaller companies, especially startups. That’s why we developed a new, multi-layered approach to client service – not only assisting with dispute resolution as needed, but more importantly we have evolved our HR services to include a more proactive, approach designed to prevent disputes before they escalate.
